Marketing & Brand Operations Associate

Kolkata | On-site | 2–5 years experience

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Experience & Marketing Associate based in Kolkata. The associate will manage daily marketing operations, execute brand campaigns, and create engaging customer experiences that align with the company’s vision. Responsibilities include

managing shoots, marketplace listings, website visuals, events,conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with sales team. Strong English communication is a must.

You will:

• Create neat Canva visuals (website, listings, events, social templates)
• Ideate concepts + plan small product shoots (props, styling, moodboards)
• Capture clean mobile photos/videos
• Coordinate with our social media agency (primary POC)

• Support website updates & marketplace listings (visuals + basic changes)

• Plan & execute pop-ups/events
• Coordinate with supermarkets, vendors, printers and partners
• Organise props, samples, shoot/event materials

You should have:

• Strong English communication
• Good visual sense + strong Canva ability
• Basic photo/video skills
• High organisation & follow-through
• Comfort with hands-on work at shoots/events
• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales to identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities
• Passion for premium tea culture and/or experience in the beverage or lifestyle industry is a plud
