As a Brand Experience Director at ICONIQA MUMBAI, your role will involve elevating the guest experience through innovative and creative initiatives. You will be responsible for curating unique and immersive experiences, developing thematic programming, providing exceptional concierge services, fostering brand partnerships, planning signature events, and ensuring guest engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to stay ahead of lifestyle trends and work collaboratively with various departments will be crucial in delivering memorable and on-brand experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Curate Guest Experiences: Design and execute unique experiences aligned with the hotels lifestyle brand. - Thematic Programming: Develop creative programming across bars, restaurants, and event spaces. - Concierge Excellence: Respond to bespoke guest requests with creativity and resourcefulness. - Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate collaborations to amplify the hotels presence. - Event Leadership: Plan and execute signature events in alignment with the hotels aesthetic. - Guest Engagement: Create personalized experiences to build guest loyalty and advocacy. - Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, F&B, and operations teams for seamless execution. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on lifestyle, hospitality, and cultural trends for innovative offerings. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years experience in hospitality, event planning, brand management, or experiential marketing. - Exceptional creativity, storytelling, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. - Deep understanding of lifestyle, F&B, and cultural trends. - Charismatic, resourceful, and adaptable personality with a passion for hospitality.
