We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Associate who’s ready to hustle, pitch like a pro, and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Identify and onboard potential brand clients aligned with our vision

🧠 Develop & pitch influencer marketing strategies tailored to brand goals

🤝 Build long-term relationships with clients and manage retention

📋 Coordinate internally for campaign execution, deliverables, and reporting

📊 Track campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders

🎯 Help grow agency revenue and meet monthly/quarterly targets

What You’ll Need

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience working in a marketing or influencer agency (mandatory)

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

✅ Strong understanding of creators, content formats, and industry trends

✅ A proactive and self-driven attitude — someone who gets things done

✅ Delhi-based with the ability to work from our Pitampura office 3 days a week
