Maintain structured documentation of tasks, revisions, and approvals.
Review all content, designs, and videos before sharing with internal/external stakeholders.
Conduct rigorous checks for grammar, factual accuracy, brand tone, and visual alignment.
Ensure content delivery adheres strictly to schedules and brand guidelines.
Oversee file and folder hygiene, standard naming conventions, and creative asset management.
Prepare and organize decks, links, or folders for reviews with complete readiness
