Brand Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, and shoot short-form content

  (Reels, GRWMs, product explainers, tutorials, myth busters, etc.)
• Create

  engaging, aesthetic, and message-led videos

  in line with brand tone and content pillars
• Work with the brand and growth teams to create content that drives

  high engagement, saves, shares, and views

• Understand beauty/skincare trends and

  interpret them in your own voice and style

• Help build the brand’s creator aesthetic—

  raw but elevated, simple but sticky

• Execute content using

  in-house studio setup (ring light, basic camera, backdrop, etc.)

• Participate in brainstorming content calendars, topical trends, and brand-led series

Who You Are

• A

  self-made content creator

  with

  15K to

  20K+ followers

  on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok in the

  beauty/skincare space

• You’ve built your own audience by creating

  highly engaging, premium-looking content

• No formal job experience needed—your

  body of work is your portfolio

• You understand what hooks an audience in the first 3 seconds
• You’re passionate about skincare, beauty, and the creator economy
• You’re comfortable in front of and behind the camera

Bonus Points If You

• Are confident being the

  face of the brand

  in select formats
• Have experience editing your own content using tools like

  CapCut, Canva, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush

• Have worked with or collaborated with beauty brands as a creator
