Brand Consultant Real Estate

As a Brand Analyst/ Brand Consultant with 3-7 years of Brand Management experience in FMCG/REAL ESTATE/RETAIL/B2C CONSUMER GOODS industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Performing market analysis and analyzing research findings - Creating marketing campaigns based on market and consumer insights - Creating Annual Marketing Plan and ensuring the implementation of the same - Regular end-consumer interactions and documentation - Regular competition analysis to keep tabs on the competitions communication and promotions - Driving/guiding external creative/advertising/website agencies (online & offline) with the right brief and insights - Conducting and collecting product feedback from trade partners end-consumers and relaying the information in a consumable manner to the management - Being the single point of contact for all data, by collecting data and information from client, libraries and other sources - Spearheading offline activations (eg: parks, malls, residential communities, etc.) by working with agencies and client teams - Providing insights on the on-ground activities done by the competition - Proactively keeping tabs on new product launches and category innovations - Maintaining a rapport with the sales team, trade partners, to gain more insights into consumer sentiments - Conducting periodic market visits - Constantly keeping an eye out for newer promotional avenues - Interviewing clients, customers, competitors and working with the client in a team environment - Communicating team findings and ideas to the client - Participating in and leading brainstorming sessions - Developing and testing hypothesis about clients issues - Meeting with team members to develop work plans and lay out project strategy - Planning and conducting online and field research at client site and in the market You must possess the following skills: - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Sufficient computer proficiency - Good presentation skills with a command over written and spoken English - Ability to prioritize projects with little supervision and meet tight deadlines Behavioural Traits required for this role: - Self-starter and pro-active - Exhibit willingness to resolve problems - Flair for dealing with people Please note that there is no option for work from home or flexi working for this full-time position based in Hyderabad.,
