Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience to every visitor and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on products and design pieces.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive engagement.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is always visually inspiring.
• Suggest creative ways to enhance sales and improve customer experience.
• Stay informed about product details, materials, and trends in luxury home décor.
• Handle customer queries, purchases, and after-sales support with professionalism and warmth.
• Prepare simple sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident, and proactive personality.

• Passion for design, furniture, and home décor.

• Ability to work well under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Energetic and self-motivated individual who enjoys achieving targets.

Work Schedule:

• Location:

  Sapetiya, Udaipur, Rajasthan

• Working Days:

  Monday to Saturday (10:30 am to 6:00 pm)
