Role Overview

Brand & Communications Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Events & Outreach:

  Plan and execute school events, competitions, exhibitions, and community drives; ensure wide participation and coverage.

• Community Engagement:

  Build strong connections with parents, alumni, media, and local institutions to position the school as a hub of excellence.

• Brand Communication:

  Develop clear, compelling messages through newsletters, press notes, and digital campaigns.

• Visibility & PR:

  Represent the school at public forums, inter-school events, and community initiatives; coordinate with media for coverage.

• Social Media Presence:

  Share stories of student success, school milestones, and events across platforms in a consistent and appealing manner.

• Internal Collaboration:

  Work with departments to gather updates and achievements for showcasing the school’s vibrant culture.

• Admissions Support:

  Create brand-led initiatives that highlight the strengths of the school and attract prospective parents.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 – 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in education or event/media management.
• Strong command over written and spoken communication.
• Ability to organize large-scale events and coordinate across teams.
• Confident personality with creativity, networking, and problem-solving skills.
