Role Overview: As a Brand & Comm Strategy Assoc Manager at Accenture, your primary role will be to gather a good understanding of the end-to-end lead management process and various tools and platforms involved. You will collaborate with the program manager and reporting analytics team to optimize the existing reporting infrastructure and share insights with client teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing reports, analyzing data, showcasing insights through presentations, and presenting processes to leadership and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the end-to-end lead generation and management process - Formulate an approach for analytics based on business requirements - Derive actionable insights from analysis - Present analysis using powerful visualizations - Work independently while liaising with clients and project managers - Update SOPs and process documents as needed - Support, guide, and mentor team members - Evolve people, process, and technology with a focus on quality, speed, and automation - Build credibility with clients and drive strategic decisions - Coordinate inter-dependencies across teams - Identify and implement process improvements - Handle change and risk effectively - Manage status updates Qualifications Required: - 6-8 years of data analysis experience using statistical methods and data exploratory techniques - 6-8 years of industry experience in Lead Management and integration of leads data - Strong command over methodologies like hypothesis validation, regression analysis, clustering, and optimization techniques - Hands-on experience in data visualization tools - Proficiency in SQL, creating dashboards, and visualizations - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to lead teams of analysts - Experience in Salesforce is a plus - Experience with enterprise-level client accounts - Proficiency in Excel, presentation, storytelling, and data management techniques - Excellent command of written English and grammar - Good interpersonal relationship skills - Experience in IT/Telecom/Technology/Mobile App industry Please note that this role may require working in rotational shifts.
