Brand and Marketing Lead

Role Overview: As a Lead- Brand & Marketing at the growing startup in the EV space, you will work closely with the leadership team to lead all marketing and communication efforts for the company. Your primary focus will be on creating and implementing marketing strategies, building the company's brand, and leading campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. You will manage media outreach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver impactful campaigns to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead marketing strategies to promote the company's brand and offerings. - Create and execute go-to-market campaigns with clear messaging, positioning, and value propositions. - Oversee marketing efforts across digital channels (social media, website, YouTube) and traditional platforms (print, OOH, events). - Build and maintain relationships with the media and influencers to improve brand visibility. - Plan, manage, and track marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring measurable results. - Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and use insights to improve strategies. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing plans with business needs. - Ensure all activities are executed within budget and as per brand guidelines. Qualifications Required: - An MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-School. - 10+ years of experience in marketing, with experience in the auto industry followed by a startup. - Hands-on experience in branding, content creation, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making. - A deep understanding of the auto market and a passion to work in the EV/Clean energy space. - Proven success in leading end-to-end marketing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.,
