Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand positively at events, retail locations, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Engage with customers to communicate key brand messages and product benefits.
• Distribute marketing materials and samples to increase product trial and awareness.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and product teams.
• Drive social media engagement by creating authentic content and sharing brand experiences.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the brand, products, and competitors.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners to foster loyalty.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality.
• Passionate about the brand and industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or promotions is a plus.
• Social media savvy with ability to create engaging content (preferred but not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
