BRANCH STAFF - PUTTADY

Job Summary:

Branch Staff are responsible for supporting day-to-day operations at the branch level, ensuring efficient customer service, loan processing, documentation, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. The role requires attention to detail, customer orientation, and basic financial knowledge to facilitate smooth operations of the finance branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information about various financial products such as personal loans, gold loans, business loans, etc.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

2. Loan Processing & Documentation:

• Collect and verify loan application documents.
• Assist in processing loan files as per company policy.
• Ensure proper documentation for KYC, income proof, collateral, and agreements.

3. Gold Loan Handling :

• Assist in gold loan processing, including customer data entry, loan disbursal, and repayment collection.
• Maintain proper records of pledged gold.
• Support the appraiser during gold evaluation .

4. Cash Handling:

• Manage cash receipts and disbursements related to loans, EMIs, and other payments.
• Maintain cash register and ensure accurate daily closing reports.
• Deposit or reconcile cash with the branch bank account as per protocol.

5. Record Keeping & Compliance:

• Maintain files and records in an organized and secure manner.
• Ensure all transactions and operations comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in audits and inspections.

6. Sales & Cross-Selling:

• Promote company’s financial products to customers visiting the branch.
• Identify and refer potential leads to sales officers or branch manager.

7. Reporting:

• Prepare and submit daily reports on cash, loans disbursed, collections, and customer visits.
• Update internal systems with accurate and timely information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
