Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Robertsganj, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Branch Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales efforts through lead generation, managing customer relationships, and ensuring optimal sales operations. The role includes engaging with customers, promoting financial solutions, coordinating with channel partners, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills to engage and build strong relationships with clients
Lead Generation expertise, with the ability to identify and pursue potential opportunities
Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and Channel Sales processes
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic and competitive environment
Proficiency in using sales tools and basic computer applications
Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
