Responsibilities in your KRA- 1) Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives. 2) Selling Unlisted Stocks and identifying and acquiring new clients for AIF and PMS products. 3) Communicate product features and benefits effectively and Build/maintain client relationships. 4) Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure their success and sales growth. 5) Make strategic planning to grow Business for all B2C & B2B Branches. 6) Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity, and currency products. 7) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 8) Keep in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls, and correspondence. Understand client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions and provide exceptional service at the B2B level. 9) Achieve and exceed sales targets. 10) Stay updated with market trends.
