Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-8 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required. Strong knowledge of financial products and services is necessary. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
