Role & responsibilities

Drive sales of life insurance / financial products through the
Direct Channel
.
Acquire new customers through walk-ins, references, and self-generated leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Conduct need-based selling and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure timely issuance of policies and completion of documentation.
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in
Direct Sales / Agency / Retail Insurance
preferred.
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
