Job Description

Role Overview: As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations and maintenance. Your main focus will be on creating strategies to meet sales targets, generating reports on sales performance, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and improving branch productivity through employee training, effective budgeting, eliminating inefficiencies, and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Create strategies to meet sales targets. - Generate reports on sales performance. - Build and maintain relationships with clients. - Improve branch productivity through employee training, effective budgeting, eliminating inefficiencies, and identifying growth opportunities. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance (other industries will also be considered). - Typing skill of at least 20 words per minute. - Reading skills at a rate of 20 sentences per minute. - Proficiency in both Tamil and English languages. - Working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Please note that the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The work location for this role is in person.,
