This role is ideal for individuals with a sales background and team management skills, aiming to grow in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of sales executives. Drive credit card/product sales across assigned branches. Ensure branch sales targets are met consistently. Provide training, motivation, and performance feedback to team members. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
