Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services related to used car loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with small finance banks or NBFCs is an added advantage.
