Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of branch receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators, such as delinquency rates and collection efficiencies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience in managing and analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide excellent support.
