Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in receivables management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the branch's receivables portfolio, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
Collaborate with the collections team to resolve outstanding issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics, providing insights for business decisions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of BFSI operations, particularly in receivables management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
