Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position, based in Gaya, for a Branch Operations Executive at Pramerica Life Insurance. The role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth process execution, and delivering high-quality customer service. The responsibilities include operations management, handling internal and external communications, and supporting business teams in achieving organizational objectives through effective operational processes.
