Branch Operations & Administration Executive (Insurance)
This role is for an Insurance Branch Operations & Administration Executive.
Locations: Nalgonda, Warangal, Bhimavaram, Khammam.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Servicing: Handle insurance-related customer inquiries and resolve policy/service issues.
Renewal Follow-ups: Proactively track and secure pending insurance policy renewals.
Branch Maintenance: Ensure branch upkeep and a professional environment.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal/external parties (e.g., underwriters, agents).
Administrative Tasks: Support daily operations with insurance policy record keeping, documentation, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in operations, administration, or customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
Strong customer service and organizational skills.
Compensation: Below ₹4 Lakhs INR CTC.
