Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager/Unit Head located in Gaya. The Branch Manager/Unit Head will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving sales and business growth, developing and implementing strategies to meet branch targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional duties include leading and mentoring the branch team, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 Years of Life Insurance sales experience and implementing business strategies
• Sales and Marketing skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
• Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site role
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Defence Background would be added advantage.
• Localite of Gaya, Bihar preferably.
• Involves High Travelling.
