Key Responsibilities

Business Acquisition

Source new clients for
secured loan products
(LAP, Term Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc.).
Identify target segments such as SMEs, self-employed professionals, and property owners needing secured financing.
Generate leads through personal sourcing, connectors, DSAs, and other channels.

Credit Proposal & Documentation

Collect all necessary documents from the customer including KYC, financials, property papers, and bank statements.
Conduct preliminary assessment of borrower profile and property details.
Coordinate with the credit & risk teams for proposal preparation, site visits, and valuation.

Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.
Act as the single point of contact for the customer during the loan lifecycle.
Provide after-sales support to resolve queries and coordinate disbursements.

Portfolio Monitoring

Ensure timely disbursal of approved cases and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Monitor client performance and early warning signals for defaults or delays.
Support collection teams in follow-ups for overdue or stressed accounts.

Compliance & Coordination

Ensure full compliance with internal credit, risk, and operational policies.
Liaise with legal, credit, technical, operations, and documentation teams for seamless execution.
Adhere to KYC norms, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.
