As a Branch Manager at BuildNext, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with sales partners and other stakeholders within the branch. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the profitability of the store through trading and turnkey operations. It is essential to maintain strong relationships with existing turnkey customers under the branch's jurisdiction. You will be required to coordinate effectively with the central team and customers to expedite the design process until the construction agreement is finalized. Additionally, part of your role will involve referring agents to customers for necessary building approvals. It is imperative to have a comprehensive understanding of customer projects and the products utilized in each, ensuring that BuildNext products are considered for all relevant projects through strategic planning. Creating and nurturing relationships with local contractors, architects, builders, and channel partners will be a key aspect of your responsibilities to promote and expand the trading business. You will also be responsible for transitioning these relationships to Sales Engineers for ongoing management. You will be expected to update trading leads in HubSpot regularly to ensure a steady flow of turnkey leads, thereby driving profitability. Establishing and managing a robust trading network for S2S sales will be essential. Additionally, you must ensure that Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) are well-trained and informed about BuildNext's products and services. Managing the availability of samples, catalogues, and other marketing materials in the store by collaborating with the category team is also part of your role. Overseeing and providing guidance on lead generation activities conducted by Sales Managers will be crucial to drive business growth and success.,
