As a Branch Manager in the Sales and Marketing field with more than 3 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech Industry, your role will involve managing resources and staff, developing and achieving sales goals, delivering top-notch customer service, and driving revenue growth at each location. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance of employees in your branches and directing day-to-day operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and supervise branch personnel, ensuring smooth operations daily. - Develop and execute sales plans. - Provide updates on sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information to the team. - Hold accountability for inventory and stock. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Organize marketing activities and events for the branch. - Address student issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. - Manage budgets, allocate funds, and set financial objectives. - Engage in business development activities aligned with industry trends. - Efficiently manage resources and utilities. - Analyze financial records, plan budgets, and adhere to them. - Demonstrate proven experience in branch management, such as Bank Manager or similar roles. - Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
