Salary:25,000 ?30,000 per month

Experience:10+ years total (minimum 3 years as Branch Manager)

Industry Preference:Experience in ITES sector will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactiveBranch Manageror sales managerto lead and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth coordination acrossAdministration, Sales, and Operationsdepartments. The candidate will be responsible for service scheduling, payment collection coordination, and overall operational efficiency of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage

  day-to-day branch operations in Admin, Sales, Operations departments and sales target

• Plan, schedule, and monitor

  service department activities

  to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate and follow up for

  payment collections

  and related documentation
• Supervise

  work allocation, team coordination, and operational workflows

• Ensure branch performance meets company standards and targets
• Drive

  sales and customer service excellence

  to achieve business growth
• Prepare and present reports on branch operations, service status, and revenue performance
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum

  10 years of total experience

  , with at least

  3 years as Branch Manager

• Strong background in

  Administration, Sales, and Operations Management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools

• Experience in the ITES industry

  will be a strong plus
