Branch Manager/ Store Manager

Job Description: You will be working as a Branch/Store Manager for an Electronics Showroom located in Navsari. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, you will be setting sales targets, devising marketing strategies, and conducting market analysis to drive sales and enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inventory effectively to ensure products availability - Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 individuals to achieve sales goals - Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction - Set sales targets and work towards achieving them - Devise marketing strategies to promote products effectively - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electronics retail management, with a focus on electronics sales - Experience in managing a team of at least 8-10 individuals - Bachelor's degree in a related field is required Note: The company, DIGI1 Electronics Pvt Ltd., is an electronics retail company with 35+ stores across Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Navi Mumbai, Palghar, Vapi, Valsad, etc. If you have the required experience and qualifications, you can mail your CV to Sameer@digi1.in.
