•Managing the daily operations at the branch including time management, quality of work done, handling grievances, sales target status, resolving queries, and ensuring teamwork. •Maintaining the attendance record of the staff on daily basis. •Ensuring that everyone in the branch adheres to the standard procedures. •Daily development, stock updates, and feedback should be shared with the director. •Taking feedback and reviews from the students every month.
