Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager in our nursing branch, your role will involve overseeing the daily operations to ensure high standards of patient care and safety. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding all nursing and support staff, managing staff schedules, duties, and training. It will be your duty to maintain accurate patient and medical records, handle patient and family concerns professionally, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring inventory of medical supplies and equipment, supporting health programs and outreach activities, and reporting regularly to senior management on branch performance.
