Working Language Marathi Job Description 1. Managing the Branch in terms of Sales, Branch operations and administration. 2. Build a high Quality Loan portfolio 3. Responsible to Achieve targeted micro finance members for the Branch 4. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed 5. Maintain Manage & Deliver Branch productivity for Micro finance/Micro LAP/HF/AGRI/New product 6. Responsible acquit ion of recurring deposit for the bank through eligible micro finance members 7. Responsible for sufficient manpower in every branch to achieve the desired results 8. Handholding entire branch team to achieve desired targets 9. Field Visit with branch team members to handhold in sourcing & collection 10. Responsible for sales team to high performance and be a team player 11. To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance 12. Ensuring 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies. Responsible for training team members on product & handhold
