We have an opportunity with the one of the leading mattress brands for theJaipur, Patna, Guwahati, Bhuwaneshwar and Kolkata locations

Note: - Only MBA from Premium institute will work.

Key Accountability: -

Key Decision: -

Propose introduction/discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of Starlite on a sustainable basis.
Strategically build Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.

Working Relation:

Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs/market feedback.
Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level.
Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
