Position: Branch Manager Micro LAP Job Description • Drive & achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity & business development operations. • Market Penetration through direct/indirect marketing activities. • Manage and lead the Ros at the branch • Build, manage and promote relationship with Channel Partner in order to generate new customer leads • Ideating & training the team to enhance the brand awareness and enhance sales engine • Interface with the customer and provide efficient service • Work towards building a credit worthy portfolio at the branch Job Requirement • A graduate / P.G in any discipline • Must have team handling Experience • Must have prior experience of 3 - 5 years in Micro LAP • Must have good knowledge of the locale • Good Communication Skills • Should be able to understand the property valuation and legal and technical norms
