Branch Manager-Micro Business Loan

The role of Branch Manager-Micro Business Loan in the Micro Business Loans department involves scaling up the business for Micro Business Loan lending in a designated area. Your primary responsibility is to deliver banking services to customers in a cost-efficient and technologically effective manner. You will work closely with the Retail team to achieve this goal and ensure a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, making IDFC First the customers" primary bank for all banking needs. Your key responsibilities will include target and manpower planning for the branch, recruiting and training sales and credit/collection managers, meeting disbursement targets, identifying high-potential business clusters, improving manpower productivity, monitoring and mentoring the branch team, tracking competition, managing product mix and branch profitability, overseeing bucket collection and portfolio management, as well as ensuring internal and external audit compliance. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. A post-graduate degree such as an MBA or PGDM is preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.,
