We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Male Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure smooth functioning of our branch. The ideal candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and administration.
• Supervise and lead the branch team.
• Ensure sales and admission targets are achieved.
• Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance and report to management.
• Handle staff scheduling, leave approvals, and performance evaluation.
• Implement company policies and maintain discipline in the workplace.

Requirements

• Male candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in operations/management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
