Job Description

Kanika’s Nursing Academy is looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage all branch operations, lead the admissions team, coordinate academic activities, and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall branch operations including academics, admin, and telecalling teams.
• Set and achieve monthly student admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with faculty, telecallers, and counselors to maintain academic quality.
• Handle student grievances, queries, and ensure high student satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor daily performance of staff and maintain discipline.
• Maintain MIS reports, student records, and fee collection reports.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotions to increase enrollments.
• Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Nursing)
• 3–5 years of experience in managing operations in an educational institute or similar field
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Sales/Admission target orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic tech tools
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
