Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
  
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to gold loans, NBFC products, and other financial services.
  
• Oversee sales performance of the branch, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in branch handling or management in an NBFC or similar industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Gold Loan operations, including documentation processes and risk assessment techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance.
