We are looking for a driven & goal -oriented Branch Manager (Insurance sales) to lead our branch operations, grow the insurance business, & build a high -performing sales team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, achieving sales Targets, & delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company & regulatory standards.
Lead Manage, & motivate the branch sales team to achieve business targets in insurance products.
Develop & implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth & expand the customer base. Monitor branch performance & ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales goals. Recruit, train & mentor insurance advisors/ agent to build a strong sales force. Build & maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service & policy renewals. Analyze market trends & competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines, company policies & ethical sales practices. Prepare regular MIS report on branch performance & submit to management.
Any graduation with any specifications.
4-8 years of experience in insurance sales with at least 3 years in managerial role. Strong knowledge of Life/General insurance products & sales processes. Proven track record of achieving sales targets & driving business growth. Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate & manage a team of agents/ advisor.
