Wanted an apt candidate from same locality.
With minimum 1 to 3 yr experience in NBFC as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive branch business growth in Gold Loan, Investments, and other financial products.
Lead, guide & motivate the branch team to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure smooth branch operations and strict compliance with company & NBFC norms.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Oversee collections, audit readiness, and risk control.
Plan and execute local marketing and sales activities to expand business reach.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & communication skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Knowledge of NBFC operations and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
