Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
• Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team-building activities.

2. Business Development & Target Achievement

• Drive growth strategies to increase student enrollments and service sales.
• Ensure achievement of branch revenue targets with consistent monitoring and planning.
• Build strong connections with students, parents, and local partners.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor counseling quality, documentation processes, and client handling.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain high service standards.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Ensure every student receives transparent, accurate, and professional guidance.
• Manage escalations and resolve concerns with maturity and ownership.

5. Market Awareness

• Stay updated with international education trends, visa policies, and competitor activities.
• Share insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in the overseas education / immigration / service-based industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage targets, drive results, and lead a large team.
• Passionate, dedicated, and self-motivated personality with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong understanding of student counseling, documentation, visa processes (preferred).
