Job Description

Position: Branch Manager

Location: Cindrebay School of Design, Kannur

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students as needed.
Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and redirect them to appropriate personnel.
Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, institute and university registration, and academic procedures.
Coordinate student activities and events in collaboration with student services.
Prepare regular reports on branch operations for management review.
Manage fee follow-ups and collection, issuing receipts and meeting collection targets.
Organizing PTA meetings, formulating class time tables.
Maintaining Day Book, Ledger , Petty Cash Register & optimize branch expenses.

Qualifications:

5-6 years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month (Higher Bracket would be including variables, depending on current CTC and skill sets owned. Package Negotiable for deserving candidates)
