Job Description

Managing daily operationsThis includes sales, inventory, customer service, and staff management.
Supervising staffThis includes training staff in sales and communication strategies, and resolving conflicts between staff.
Ensuring customer satisfactionThis includes maintaining effective relationships with customers and suppliers, and advising customers on items to restock or remove from the catalog.
Developing and implementing sales strategiesThis includes developing and implementing promotional campaigns, and negotiating prices and payment plans.
Managing inventoryThis includes ordering new supplies, and arranging stock in a way that's visually appealing and easy to move around.
Monitoring performance This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and suggesting improvements to the showroom.

Experience - 7 to 10 years in home appliance field

Qualification - Degree or above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
