Branch manager - Agency Channel

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead our Agency Channel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of advisors, driving business targets, and ensuring efficient branch functioning. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors. Drive sales through the agency team and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Provide guidance and support to advisors for client acquisition and retention. Monitor branch performance and ensure adherence to compliance and operational standards. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Candidate Requirements: Graduation is mandatory. 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Life Insurance/Agency Channel. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
