Branch Legal Head

As a Branch Legal Head at CIVIL COURT CASES based in Deoghar, your role will be crucial in overseeing all legal operations and ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations. Your expertise in Law, Legal Compliance, and Legal Consulting will be vital as you consult on legal matters, prepare legal documents, and offer guidance on legal compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing legal cases, representing the company in court proceedings, and building relationships with external legal entities. To succeed in this position, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The role requires you to work independently and effectively lead a legal team. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or its equivalent and Bar admission in India are mandatory qualifications for this role. Previous experience in civil law and court proceedings would be considered advantageous.
