*Role:* Lead the career counseling department, guiding students in academic & career decisions, and collaborating with faculty & industry partners. *Key Responsibilities:* - Design & implement career counseling programs for students. - Conduct workshops/sessions on career paths, higher education, and skill development. - Provide personalized counseling to students for academic & career planning. - Build partnerships with industries, alumni, and universities for internships & placements. - Track & analyze student progression & outcomes.
