As a Branch Head at Bengaluru operations, your role involves leading and expanding the branch with a focus on General Insurance Marketing. Your expertise in client servicing, business acquisition, and relationship management will be crucial for driving growth and profitability. Your strategic planning and operational excellence will play a key role in achieving success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and service the existing client base to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities to expand the branch's portfolio. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, Insurers, and other stakeholders. - Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Ensure seamless policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate proactive strategies. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. - Maintain and analyze business data using MS Excel for reporting and decision-making. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in General Insurance Marketing with an Insurer or an Insurance Broker. - Good knowledge of General Insurance products and services. - Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other essential computer applications. - Leadership and team management skills.
