Your strategic planning and operational excellence will play a key role in achieving success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and service the existing client base to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities to expand the branch's portfolio. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, Insurers, and other stakeholders. - Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets. - Ensure seamless policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claims coordination. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate proactive strategies. - Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. - Maintain and analyze business data using MS Excel for reporting and decision-making. **Key Requirements:** - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in General Insurance Marketing with an Insurer or an Insurance Broker. - Good knowledge of General Insurance products and services. - Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other essential computer applications. - Leadership and team management skills.
