Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The Branch Head/Business Head/P&L Head for Tenon FM Karnataka will oversee operations, drive business growth, manage profit and loss, and ensure optimal service delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving financial objectives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing and mentoring teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the branch's activities. Additional responsibilities include strategic planning, identifying business opportunities, and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in operations management, business development, and team leadership
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in profit and loss management
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client retention
• Knowledge of facility management services and relevant industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure to meet business goals
• Candidate must be already based in Bangalore
