Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Accounting entries in SAP as per defined processes.
Prepare and book month-end provisions along with supporting schedules.
Ensure timely preparation of branch MIS, trial balances, and financial reports for review.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities as per timelines.
Follow up on any unreconciled bank items, including statement downloads and reconciliations.
Execute compliance-related activities for GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
Prepare/Verify and maintain statutory records, returns data and supporting documents. Timely sharing of compliance data with taxation.
Support resolution of compliance queries raised during reviews or audits.
Coordinate and support stock audits and physical verification at depots.
Travel to depots and customer locations.
Execute accounting, including posting of invoices, credit notes, and F&F settlements.
Track customer outstanding balances and ageing on a regular basis.
Coordinate with sales teams and customers for recovery follow-ups.
Manage petty cash transactions, vouchers, and periodic reconciliation.
Prepare data, schedules, and documents for internal and statutory audits.
Coordinate with auditors during branch audits.
Coordinate with Shared Services Teams for transaction processing and issue resolution.
Act as a finance execution point for sales teams and customers
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Preferred candidate profile:

Qualification Commerce graduate
Work experience 2 to 5 Years
